| Q: How do I make use of the “Registered members” information? |
|

| A: Under Registered members in forum, we will list the profiles of members in four categories, namely Chinese buddies, Chinese host families, international youth looking for a buddy, and international youth looking for a host family.You can directly contact the member by sending an email. |

| Q: What should I do after I establish the connection? |
|
|
|

A: The connection is not necessarily on one-to-one basis. In fact, we encourage you to introduce your friends into the connection and form a small group of 4-6 people. Once a connection has been established and confirmed, please email us and will mark your profile as “inactive”.

| Q: Can I send money to a host family through your organization? |
|

| A: The financial arrangement, if any, is agreed and resolved between guests and hosts. We are not involved in the money transaction between guests and hosts. |

| Q: I lost contact with my buddy/host/guest. What can I do? |

|
| A: You can contact us and our local coordinator will try to help you re-establish the contact. If failed, we will re-post your profile to establish a new connection for you. |

| Q: I’m interested in an organized tour to famous attractions in Beijing (and may be other major cities in China). Would you provide assistance in that regard? |

| A: Depending on demand, we will plan to organize short tours in Beijing (and potentially other cities) for international students during their visit to China. Therefore if you are interested in an organized tour, please indicate an interest when submitting your profile. We will release more detailed plans on itinerary and related costs later this year for your information. |

| Q: Is your organization a network/home stay agency? Can you ensure to find a host family for me? |
|

| A: We are NOT a network/home stay agency. Instead, we are volunteers dedicated to promote international exchange and learning experience. We will try our best to accommodate your needs; however, we do not ensure to satisfy all requests. |
