| Why become a host family? |
| Getting involved in international exchange can be a wonderful experience. It provides a unique opportunity to learn about other cultures and countries by hosting a student. By opening your hearts and homes to visiting students, you would offer a memorable and influential experience for a lifetime. Youth Exchange promises to enrich the lives of the student and every member of your family. |
| What are host family’s responsibilities? |
| As a host, you are to provide a safe, respectful, and appropriate environment in which trust and friendship can develop. You will provide room and board to an international youth. Other suggested host family responsibilities include: |
| meeting your international guest on arrival and making the student feel at home as part of the family; |
| providing general guidance; |
| involving the student in meeting other people and some family activities; |
| being tolerant of differences and willing to share and learn from each other. |

| How to become a host family? |
| You can register as a member and submit your profile to our online Forum. Once your information has been submitted, we will put up your profile on the section for host family listing. International youth who seek for a host family will contact you directly. |
